Artwork Requirements   If you are supplying your own artwork for A1 to produce your product please follow the guidelines below:    Software: (Macintosh or compatible format)   QuarkXpress 7, Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3, Indesign CS3, Acrobat PDF with fonts outlined or supplied.    Media:  CD, DVD, FTP, Email   Layout:     Set up document with correct proportions.   Set up at 1:10 scale and scan CMYK at 300 DPI.   Allow 100mm bleed beyond at final size when possible.   Please disable overprint unless required for a special purpose. Please convert all AI files to .EPS. Please remove all profiles from .TIF files. Please save all .TIF files as Mac format     File Size:   Limit file size to 100MB for CD /DVD. 5MB for email (ensure artwork supplied via email is set up at 1:10 scale, NOT 1:1).          Time involved in printer and set up rip of files over this limit may incur additional charges. Any artwork containing Illustrator Live Trace content must be supplied in EPS format, and under the file size limit.   Colour:  Please supply files as CMYK (not RGB).    Please set all solid black to C20%, M20%, Y20%, K100%.    If a specific colour is required, a Pantone colour or colour sample must be supplied.    Pantone colours will be matched to our printers closest CMYK equivalent.    Exact colour matches may not always be possible.    Please supply colour proof for reference.      Fonts:   All screen and printer fonts must be supplied.    Alternatively all fonts to be converted to outlines.    Avoid the use of True Type Fonts.       Linked Files:  Please supply all linked and embedded files.    Images that are embedded in a file cannot be colour corrected.    Supply layered working PSD files when possible.        Reminder:    Outline all type or supply fonts, even for PDF artwork.
